Dr Graham Bennetto is Arrogant, has no respect for his patients. On Thursday 15th I did my eye test @ Eagle Vision in Mandela Square, Sandton. I paid for spectacles. I was told to collect them on Monday. I called early on Monday and got delayed confirmation as they were not ready. I was called at about 3 after demanding response, at that time I had other engagements. I then came to the practice first thing on Tuesday,20 May @ about [email protected] I was told the doctor had not arrived, and the staff was not allowed to give the spectacles without the Dr. I was notified he'll be in at 11. I then asked to call him on his cellphone,to ask his permission to release the glasses. he was very rude and dropped the fone on me, telling me I must wait. At that time another patient arrived, also to collect and was told same story. I am a professional, I plan my day and such behavior is totally unacceptable. I came back at 11am, still no sign of him. Also the other guy who was here this morning is still waiting.
